The Foundation for Holistic Flourishing (FHF) in partnership with The Red Door (TRD), is proud to
announce the Compassion and Resilience Leadership Program 2024!
After two successful years of the Compassion & Resilience Fellowship with four incredible batches, the Fellowship has been reimagined as a Leadership Program focused on building collective Resilience.
This emerges from The Red Door’s commitment towards creating a Resilience-affirming ecosystem founded on compassion and peer support, that enables individuals to consolidate their Resilience skills while helping others build theirs.
Designed as a virtual program consisting of 50 hours of intensive workshops across three months, the Compassion and Resilience Leadership Program will help 25 individuals build core psycho-social skills to enhance their capacity to thrive in an increasingly challenging world, while strengthening their potential to lead the charge in building resilient communities.
As part of this vision, the Program includes a three month Project Stage where Fellows will conduct Resilience-building sessions within the organizations/communities they work with.
If you believe that building collective Resilience is key to thriving in a VUCA world, and you know that the TRANSFORMATION has to begin with you, this Program is where you start!
Nothing lasts forever. Change is the only constant. Everything is an illusion.
Seemingly trite, these aphorisms form some of the most powerful insights into the human condition, courtesy Eastern philosophy. Buddhism, in particular, exhorts us to ponder on the reality of impermanence in order to find happiness.
It is easy to lose sight of these simple truths as we get swept up in the bustle of our daily lives by a multitude of things that clamour for urgent attention.
This is where 'A Transient Life' comes in. Facilitated by Dr Sneha Rooh, a palliative care expert in partnership with The Red Door .
From book readings, to film screenings; creative art sessions to quiet conversations – each month, we will explore a new way to explore the transient nature of our lives. In doing so, Eastern philosophy promises us, we find the ability to look at our existence with renewed appreciation.
Wet invite people to participate in conscious and considered activities that help us reflect on impermanence as an idea through our monthly series.
Foundation for Holistic Flourish in Partnership with The Red Door is super excited to host Mental Health to Mental Wealth: an interactive talk with Dr Rani Bora, holistic psychiatrist, transformation coach, speaker and author of the book, 'How to turn stress on its head - the simple truth that can change your relationship with work'.
Dr Bora's work as a mental health professional in the UK gave her critical insights that helped her create a more holistic and integrative approach to healing through her ground-breaking 'Beyond Diagnosis' group program, and her 1-1 work with clients.
In the session, Dr Bora will talk about the tricks of turning mental health struggles into catalysts for self-transformation and growth. The highlight of the evening will be a live interactive session with an individual with a psychiatric diagnosis, who is looking to journey beyond the confines of their psychiatric label.
