Aparna Sanyal
Aparna is a multiple award-winning producer-director. She has been the recipient of the National Award (for film) in India, the Charles Wallace India Trust award for research in the UK, as well as recognition from the British Council as a ‘Creative Entrepreneur’. Her films reflect her deep interest in human psychology, medicine, education, art, history and ideas around resilience and finding meaning in life.
In 2011, she co-founded ‘The Red Door’ (TRD). Over the years, TRD has initiated multiple projects on mental health and emotional wellness. Aparna believes that a curious mind and the ability to embrace and learn from one’s experiences make for a compelling life.

Pooja Iyengar
Pooja Iyengar a documentary filmmaker with a Masters in Mass Communication from AJK MCRC, Jamia Millia Islamia , New Delhi is the chairperson of Mahashakti Seva Kendra(MSK) an NGO established in 1992, for the empowerment and upliftment of women affected by the 1984 Bhopal gas tragedy. The aim of the NGO is to economically empower women in marginalized communities so that they have gain agency and have a voice.
With an experience of more than a decade, Ms. Iyengar has worked on several feature length and short documentaries as a video editor. Due to a keen interest in wildlife and environment based issues; she has been mostly associated with documentary films dealing with human-animal conflicts and the ever-pressing issue of climate change.
Ms. Iyengar is a multi-faceted personality with a keen interest in human lives, be it through the film medium or by personally engaging with the people through her NGO work.
Mahesh Jayaraman
Mahesh Jayaraman is co-founder of Sepalika, a women’s hormone health clinic that has treated close to a 1000 patients till date across a variety of conditions like PCOD, Irregular and Painful Periods, Cystic Acne, Infertility, Obesity and Menopausal Symptoms. The flagship Sepalika Fertility program helps couples conceive naturally, including after several IUI/IVF failures.
Mahesh is a IAFFH Certified Functional Hormone Specialist (IC-FHS). He is a Acupuncture Practitioner registered with the Maharashtra Council of Acupuncture, is certified in Functional Blood Chemistry Analysis (ODX Academy U.S.A) and in Functional Nutrition from Washington State University. He is also a qualified Health Coach with certification from MBG, USA.
